Japanese Fascination Yon-sama is Actually Korean

Yon Sama

The ladies love men, I can attest to that. And in Japan, no one is a bigger panty stainer than Bae Yong Joon or as he is known to all, Yon-sama (ヨン様). First starting in Korea as an actor, he took Asia by storm and smooshed Japan as the lead role in the J-Drama, Winter Sonata. He has become so popular that according to Newsweek, “Japanese women are taking up the study of Korean language and history” because of him.

When in Tokyo at the Mori Tower in Roppongi Hills, there was a line out the door to have your photo taken with Yon-sama’s paper cutout. A standee of the freaking man garnered lines of hundreds. The guy apparently knows how to bust a mack. As for me, I think he looks like James Spader’s long, lost Korean twin. Maybe that is what happens when you enter the Stargate, you get a smooth-talking Korean double.

He’s sooo hot.
